Enravo is a small, deliberate team. We're focused on shipping Enravo Core and the first products built on it. When we open positions, they'll show up here.
We're building the foundation. Enravo Core is in active development, Rakton is shipping to its first deployments, and Enravo Trust is being prepared as a separate service. Most of the work right now is foundational — architecture, security primitives, and product fundamentals.
We'll hire slowly and pick carefully. We're looking for engineers who care about software the same way we do — people who'd rather build a small thing correctly than ship a large thing carelessly. No team scaling for its own sake.
These are the areas we'll likely hire into first. None are open right now, but this gives you an honest picture of where the work is.
All positions below are currently closed. We are not accepting applications yet.
Backend · Infrastructure
Working on Enravo Core itself — schema engine, API engine, module system. Deep TypeScript, comfort with infrastructure-level code.
Security · Identity
Cryptographic identity, device binding, proof-of-possession, attestation. Hands-on with ECDSA, JWT, RFC-level protocol work.
Full-stack · Product
Shipping Rakton's commerce and delivery suite on top of Enravo Core. Full-stack work — Next.js on the surface, schema-driven APIs underneath.
Frontend · Design System
UI Engine, schema-driven forms and views, design system work. Strong React and Tailwind, an eye for interaction details.
Owning the work — comfortable taking a problem from rough idea to shipped feature without a long spec hand-off.
Reading the system, not just the ticket — understanding how your change fits into the platform, not just your file.
Caring about correctness — security, edge cases, and the boring parts that make production-grade software actually production-grade.
Quietly raising the bar — leaving the codebase, the docs, and the team a little better than you found them.
